🖨 PRINTING INSTRUCTIONS

Designed for US Letter printing.
If using A4, scale to 97.7 % for accurate sizing.

NEW for the Winter Collection:
For the largest size (70×98") only, an additional A2 printing version is included.
This file must be printed at a print shop at 100 % scale and provides a more comfortable, large-format assembly experience.
The smaller sizes (30×42" and 50×70") remain in US Letter format.

📐 NEED A CUSTOM QUILT SIZE?

Available in multiple sizes (sold separately).
You can scale your print to any custom dimension using the included formula:

(Desired size ÷ Pattern size) × 100 = Print percentage

👉 Example: To make a 30" pattern into 24", use (24 ÷ 30) × 100 = 80 %

⚠ Important:
Reducing the pattern is not recommended for the smallest size (30×42").
At this scale, shrinking the template further makes the pieces significantly smaller and may result in uncomfortable or impractical sewing, especially for the detailed areas.

When reducing, remember that seam allowances (default 0.7 mm / ¼") shrink proportionally. This does not affect the final finished block size — quilt patterns are defined by the sewing line, not the seam width. If smaller margins feel uncomfortable, trim sections with a slightly wider buffer before assembly.

🎯 ABOUT COMPLEXITY

This pattern is rated intermediate.

The 30×42" size is compact and ideal for confident quilters who enjoy working with intricate geometry in a small workspace.
The 50×70" and 70×98" versions offer more visual impact and allow easier manipulation of the pieces during assembly.

⚠ Note for the 70×98" size:
Although the pattern is available in US Letter, it is significantly easier to assemble from the A2 print version.
A2 sheets reduce the number of taped pages, simplify section alignment, and provide a clearer overview of the larger design.
Expect to print the A2 file at a professional print shop for best results.
