Smaller sizes (30×42" and 50×70") remain in US Letter format.

📐 NEED A CUSTOM QUILT SIZE?

This pattern is available in multiple dimensions (sold separately).
To create a custom format, use the standard formula:

(Desired size ÷ Pattern size) × 100 = Print percentage

👉 Example: turning a 30" pattern into a 24" project = (24 ÷ 30) × 100 = 80 %

⚠ Important:
Scaling down is not recommended for the smallest size (30×42").
At this scale, reducing further leads to extremely small pieces, particularly challenging in highly detailed patterns like this owl.

When resizing, remember that seam allowances shrink proportionally. While this does not change the final block dimensions, it can make piecing less comfortable. You can trim with a larger buffer if needed.

The 30×42" version is dense and suited to quilters who enjoy fine detail and compact layouts.
The 50×70" and 70×98" sizes offer a more spacious visual presentation, making the design easier to handle and more dramatic once assembled.

Even though the pattern includes US Letter files, it is much easier to work from the A2 print version.
Larger sheets limit taping, improve section alignment, and give you a clearer view of the full composition.
